Getting to Arran
By Ferry from Ardrossan Harbour
The crossing takes 55 minutes from Ardrossan Harbour, North Ayrshire to Brodick on Arran. The Service is provided by Caledonian MacBrayne at http://www.calmac.co.uk/
By Train
Trains run from Glasgow Central direct to Ardrossan Harbour, and many are timed to link to the ferry service.
By Air

On Arran
By Car
From Brodick ferry terminal on Arran turn left at the Tourist Information Centre and head south travelling through the villages of Lamlash and Whiting Bay. About 2 miles after Whiting Bay turn left, signposted Kildonan Hotel, and continue down to the shore road. Miodar Mor Cottage is about 350 metre past the Kildonan Hotel entrance.
